Jeffrey W. Peres, President and CEO
As president and CEO of Eyemaginations, Jeff Peres oversees day-to-day operations at the company. His responsibilities include business development, strategic planning, channel management and distribution. Since joining Eyemaginations in 2005, Jeff has built the management team, opened new medical verticals and established the company’s international operations.
For 8 years prior to joining Eyemaginations, Jeff worked as an investment banker for UBS, Credit Suisse First Boston and a small boutique advisory firm. During this time, he participated in a number of strategic initiatives for corporate clients in the U.S. and abroad. Jeff worked on a variety of transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and leveraged buyouts.
He holds a B.A. degree from Cornell University, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Smitha Gopal, VP Product & Strategy
Smitha Gopal oversees four departments at Eyemaginations. She is responsible for managing the creative team, the development team, the product team and the marketing team. The common thread across all of these departments is delivering outstanding product experience to our customers. Smitha routinely visits our customers to solicit feedback, refine our products and develop future products. Armed with information from the field, Smitha acts as the bridge between the business and the creative teams at Eyemaginations.
Prior to joining Eyemaginations, Smitha served as a senior financial analyst at Signal Hill Capital Group in Baltimore. At Signal Hill, she worked on a number of financing and advisory transactions. Smitha received an undergraduate business degree from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. She is currently pursuing an MBA from the The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Tony Ingenito, National Sales Director
Tony Ingenito is responsible for all software sales in the United States. He oversees the sales team and manages all facets of domestic sales, implementation, training and distribution. Tony is also responsible for building brand awareness and promoting Eyemaginations in the eye care, allergy, facial aesthetics, hearing and ENT industries.
Prior to joining Eyemaginations in 2005, Tony’s interest in eye care was sparked from his time as an Ophthalmic Technician at local multi-specialty practice. He then went on to spend several years at Walman Optical under their specialty contact lens division where he successfully managed and developed the Mid-Atlantic territory. Tony holds a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
