The dimensions of the Online player can be adjusted - without affecting the resolution of the animations - by altering the JavaScript provided (native size is 402 x 400).
The Online web player is required for playback. Linking to a single animation is possible by creating additional playlists through the Online administration system at www.eyemaginations.com (login required).
The animation library can be limited to include only the desired content, and these changes will be reflected in the category listing. Names and ordering of categories cannot be customized.
The average file size is about 7 MB. However, the files are actually located on a media streaming server so therefore they do not require any space on the client’s web server.
Online uses the Flash Video format. Specifically, it uses 700kbps video and 128kbps audio at a 400x300 resolution.
We cannot provide the media files for security reasons. Eyemaginations Online is a licensed, easy-to-use web player that can be placed on a web page. The content of the web player can be tailored, and multiple players can be used on one site for each license. The content is streamed through a licensed website from a reliable, high-speed media service.

- Access to edit and upload HTML source files
- Ability to link to external JavaScript (.JS) and .SWF files
- Flash 8 (or higher) plug-in installed for the client web browser
- Windows: Intel® Pentium® II 450MHz or faster processor (or equivalent); 128MB of RAM
- Mac OSX: PowerPC® G3 500MHz or faster processor -or- Intel Core™ Duo 1.33GHz or faster processor; 128MB of RAM
- Linux: Modern processor (800MHz or faster); 512MB of RAM, 128MB of graphics memory
- Minimum display resolution set to at least 800x600, screen colors set to at least High Color 24-bit
- Video card with at least 64 MB of dedicated Video RAM (128 MB or higher recommended)
- Audio card and speakers
- HIGHLY recommended that a web developer prepares the page content
The Standard package features a library of 50 narratives and the Premium package features 84 narratives. Additional pacakages are available on dispensing, refractive surgery, and cataract surgery.
Eyemaginations Online is simple to deploy and most users are up and running in minutes. Eyemaginations provides setup instructions for you to embed the video library into your webpage and with just a few clicks, you can then customize the player to match your website's branding.
