Closing your browser or logging out of your account will require you to login again for security reasons. Make your video selections, add your custom message to the Note field at the bottom of the email, type a title in the Template listing at the top of the page and click “Save”. This will now be selectable from the Templates drop-down menu.
Yes! Your 3D-Eye Home username and password can be saved within both 3D-Eye Office v4.5 and our LUMA software, allowing you immediate access to your Home account during the patient consultation process.
Patients should check the spam folders for their e-mail accounts. If the Home e-mail was incorrectly identified as spam, the patient should be able to mark the email as ‘safe.’ In some rare cases, Home e-mails are flagged as spam by the email client before they reach the patient’s inbox (AOL and Comcast are two examples), but we are constantly working to improve the ‘receivability’ of our emails.
