Position Title:    Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

Fast growing software company, is looking to add an Inside Sales Executive to lead our Inside Sales initiative. You will be expected to shine – and lead others to shine – in prospecting, lead generation and marketing activities using telephone, e-mail interaction, direct mail and conference participation.  The individual will be focused on prospecting via cold calling to open up new opportunities for our solutions and setting up webinars and appointments for our Sales Executives.  You must be comfortable interacting and building relationships with decision makers at Doctor’s Offices.  We know that our people are our greatest asset and we work to attract highly intelligent individuals who possess integrity and dedication, and provide them with continuing opportunities for growth.  The ideal candidate must be able to focus on volume sales and demonstrate persistent and creative outbound communication. This involves ensuring individual agent and team success through continuous evaluation, constructive coaching and results-oriented motivation.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Your duties as an Inside Sales Support Executive may vary from day-to-day and week-to-week, depending on the demands of the business.  You may be asked to participate on several different initiatives at any given time.

Sales and marketing activities may include:

  • Executing 100 - 150 outbound calls/emails per day organized across multiple territories and medical verticals.
  • Schedule appointments for web-delivered presentations for field sales representatives by making a minimum number of outbound calls per day to potential customers
  • Execute promotions for “cross selling” or “pull through” revenue opportunities on complementary products
  • Promotion of internal initiatives, including a recurring webinar series, trade show attendance, user group meetings, etc.
  • Raise awareness of software products or other promotions through targeted outreach programs – via phone, email campaign or other CRM solution
  • Ensuring appropriate levels of prospect follow-up, including:
  • Reminder notices on upcoming events
  • Sending “thank you” notes or emails to guests in attendance
  • Scheduling tasks for follow-up with field sales reps

Required Education, Competency Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1 to 3 years inside/outside sales and/or customer service experience required; background in a business to business telesales environment preferred with demonstrated, consistent “closing” skills.
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite, online search engines, Go-to-Meeting (or similar applications) and other software applications.

 


 

Position Title:    Web Software Engineer

Job Description:

The Web Software Engineer will work as part of the development team to create and maintain software applications.  The Web Software Engineer reports to the Director of Software Engineering.  It is anticipated that this position will have room for additional responsibilities as warranted.

The position’s duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of software development team
  • Develop, debug, test, and deploy applications
  • Convert Photoshop/Illustrator designs into HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Develop estimates and complete assigned work
  • Develop tools for internal staff use

Competency and Skills:

  • Understanding of software engineering:
    • software development life cycle
    • data structures
    • design patterns
    • object oriented design and programming
  • Experience with:
    • Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP
    • JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS, jQuery
    • Subversion or other source control systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communications
  • Works well independently as well as with a team of professionals
  • Ability to thrive in fast paced environment with a focus on project completion

Required Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Position Title: Editor/Compositor

Reports to: Animation Director

Job Description:

As Editor/Compositor you will be responsible for all aspects of production to final animation. This position requires an individual who is enthusiastic and a strong team player.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Editing & Compositing
  • Sound Design
  • Licensing & Post Processing
  • Demonstrate strong skill sets in the areas of Editing & Compositing
  • Demonstrated expert knowledge of timing, acting, post production
  • High level understanding of compositing principles
  • Digital scrubbing and cleaning
  • Implementation of composite shots
  • Maintains complete ownership of assigned shots - seeing them from Layout to Final animation
  • The capacity to work on many shots at once, while meeting aggressive production deadlines
  • Log and capture media
  • Mastering audio
  • Supervision of the mix for various output formats
  • Manage media in coordination with the different stages of production
  • Ensure all final media meets rendering criteria for final delivery
  • Manage process for compression and multi-format output
  • Manage production of all high resolution images for licensing
  • Troubleshoot and debug shot problems as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ Years of Editing/Compositing Experience
  • Experience working with After Affects and/or Final Cut,3D Studio Max, Mentalray
  • Experience with Hansoft and Digital Asset Management desired
  • Excellent troubleshooting/debugging skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Superior time management and prioritization skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Coach and mentor junior coworkers as required

Desired Skills and Pluses:

  • Solid communication and relationship management skills
  • Must possess a thorough understanding of interactive communications and delivery systems, processes, and user interface design as well as industry best practices
  • Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web
  • A strong working knowledge of experience design, brand development, interactive commerce and creative process
  • Print and web design capabilities: must know how to work in both media for integrated campaigns Superb listening skills
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and Javasctipt desired
